Piérre Marcolini Haute Chocolaterie

Born in 1964 in Charleroi, Belgium, Pierre Marcolini is an inspired man: by his family, his Italian origins. From the age of 14, he knew he wanted to be a chocolate maker. His education gave him a great thirst for learning and the urge to fight for his biggest dreams. In 1983, at the end of his studies, he became pastry chef and worked alongside the greatest professionals in Belgium.

Pierre Marcolini has always had a need to move the codes, to question and innovate constantly. In the early 2000s, he decided to create his chocolate from the bean he will select himself until the finished product. He now has this certainty to reinvent. He gives chocolate its greatness by becoming the creator and ambassador of Haute Chocolaterie.

Opening hours:

On Mondays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

From Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

On Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
