Former athlete Jean Luc Pelé - pastry chef, baker and chocolatier - attaches particular importance to the balance of his creations, using in his work as much as possible natural or organic products, reducing or eliminating fat and sugar, reinventing traditional recipes so to release the taste in his creations making sin softer.

He has charmed the Cannes and Antibes public thanks to the elegance, the originality and the diversity of his creations, his know-how, as well as warm and refined atmosphere of his places, highlighting the three specialties that have made his fame: macaroons, chocolates and pastry.

From Monday to Saturday from 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

On Sundays from 8.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
